We are seeking a motivated Loan Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing appointments, calendars, emails, and databases, as well as assisting with events. Additionally, in this role, you will be supporting the Loan Officer and their clients, and ensuring all documentation is prepared accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the Loan Officer.
• Monitor emails and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Maintain and update client databases.
• Assist with event planning and coordination.
• Learn and grow into a loan partner role, supporting clients and preparing documentation.
